Nothing to see here. As a matter of fact, you now doubt you're even seeing this.

humor
I was a kid of the 90's.
"TEN RULES FOR BEING HUMAN". Nice text I found awhile back. Makes for good self-help fodder, but whatever. Read it.

linkage

Here are some links which may offer some measure of insight into the mystery that is 'Kd'.
But probably not. Here's a few sites I can't live without:
Milw0rm.com. Your one stop shop for exploits and such. Props to /stroke
4chan.org. Home of anonymous: Internet hate machine.My frequent haunts are: /s/ /co/ /g/ /gif/ /t/
pauldotcom.com. An Info-sec podcast I listen to.
GAMERadio. Another Internet radio show. The humorous banter makes good background noise, and it reminds me to take a break sometimes and play some games. All work and no play, ya know.
uninformed.org. This is right up there with Phrack and the e-zines of old for compsec txts. Now I'm not going to pretend that I get all of these articles, but knowing that the papers that are within my sphere of knowledge are pure gold is enough for the Kd seal of 'must read'. Besides, if you do not believe Beetle's Keynote at Toorcon 9 that "...skape got his security researcher skills from the aliens...." You need to read some of the shit on uninformed.org.
Phrack muthafuck! do you read it!

Cons that you might know me from, or atleast you soon will:

Defcon. Its like a Hajj for hackers, ya gotta go. I know I've got my share of stories.
Shmoocon, now with more moose If you're on the east-coast and you haven't been, get off your ass.
RE guys deserve a con too 2008, in canada I can't wait. The organizer is a fellow Takashi Miike fan and a really chill guy. To bad his english is as good as my french so I might just have to bring the girlfriend to help out.
toorcon, one of the best times to be had on the west-coast

People I know and admire.
phar. Very talented, never fails to impress, inspire, and astound. One should be so lucky as to know him.
Druid. Good people, clever and skillful. Will never let me live down that one bar-crawl, but if you were there, I doubt you would too. You'd be surprised what I could do to get kicked out of a bar in NYC. lol good times!
halvar.flake I want his brain
H.D Moore His brain as well.
The InfoSec Rockstar You can learn more about the underpinnings and concepts of infosec from a few 1hr talks given by Bruce Schneier, than 3 months in any infosec 'boot camp', even the CISSP and CEH. He needs no intro, he is the sec community "Rock Star". Every con I attend that he's speaking at I never miss. Yes, I've shaken the man's hand and he indeed whispered back to me my entire PGP passphrase and the seed value.
My fave Bruce Schneier Facts:
Vs lbh nfxrq Oehpr Fpuarvre gb qrpelcg guvf, ur'q pehfu lbhe fxhyy jvgu uvf ynhtu.
Bruce Schneier doesn't use a keylogger. He's standing right behind you.
Bruce Schneier's secure handshake is so strong, you won't be able to exchange keys with anyone else for days.

Aestetix. A good friend. Brilliant fellow.
Dblitz As terrifying and imposing as he seems, he's one of the nicest guys you'd ever wanna meet. Granted he can and will easily stomp most into asshole-tartar, believe me, he's a nice guy. A great friend, fine martial artist (he can certainly kick my ass, but not without a fight ;)),he's one of the few who gets my dark and gritty humor and for that reason alone he's going to hell. Also he's no fool when it comes to the tech, and is a mean FPS gamer.
Warren Ellis C'mon, have you READ Transmet? Preacher?
DJ m1dy My fave of the japanese speedcore artists. This is the sound that drives me on, keeps me awake for all those 3-10hr work days and 2day hacking-runs. "C'mon muthaf**kin' SpeedcoreDANDY!"
The basenet crew Close buddies in this here gang, many a sake night, hacker-con, and any other dubious hijinks I can't or won't recall. I've even done a few shows. Slick0, master of all things with a volume dial and a god of tetris. Slade, is half-man half-genie, and also good-guy who does bad things as I am a bad-guy who on occasion does good. Echo, my fave hippie/hipster, always with an idea, always busy, a real dynamo this one.

* the above section isn't complete, it may never be, so more in the future.*
*Also note, I won't mention the girlfriend, atleast til she fucks up and I post nudes/videos/sound clips of screams & moans/etc and such with childish glee. You understand ;)*

Knowledge. A collection of texts that I keep for quick refs or that I really should get around to reading if only I can keep my hands off of my Xbox360. You should check it!

"I refuse to use ad hominem attacks like my opponent here, I find a baseball bat more effective" -- Kd Long 7/13/07

When I've captured my adversary and he says, "Look, before you kill me, will you at least tell me what this is all about?" I'll say, "No." and shoot him. No, on second thought, I'll shoot him and then say "No."
